Keeping grounded and flowing through negative emotions

I’m going to apologize for the use of the word “negative” in the title of this video. We have been taught to attach the words negative or positive to all emotional labels which is one of the initial stumbling blocks we create for ourselves. We are conditioned to avoid anything that’s labelled bad. All emotional experiences are designed to be experienced not avoided.
