We are designed to give and receive pleasure in our physical bodies. In all forms, not just sexually. Living life to its fullest requires us to embrace all aspects of physical pleasure. However for a wide variety of reasons, which we discuss in the broadcast, we are unable and actually often afraid to surrender to this very enjoyable and critical aspect of life.
