In my experience and observation, the misunderstood experience of anxiety has proliferated in our society in crazy ways. Here’s what Source Wisdom has been teaching me about anxiety and more importantly how to embrace and transfigure it’s power into passion, purpose, and power.
There are two basic types of anxiety.
The first makes it’s initial presence known in our thinking. We find ourselves living a future experience through a past trauma. The thoughts then manifest/trigger a series of chemical cocktails that flow through our body causing a whole host of very uncomfortable physical sensations.
The second, and I find the more common one of late, is when we feel the sensations but don’t have the corresponding thoughts. So we have step 2 (the physical experience or effect) without step 1 (the cause). Then we make matters worse by trying to figure out step one. We go searching for the cause. Why? Well, it’s fundamental physics really. For every effect there has to be a cause. In order for us to be free of the effect we have to figure out the cause which has to be in our mind right?
Wrong!
Here’s what Source Wisdom taught me, and what I’ve seen manifest many times during a CM Journey. The cause of these types of sensations is not in our mind at all. What we’re feeling is raw, primal, creative energy wanting to flow free through our body. This is what the raw materials we work with in a CM Journey. We don’t want to make the sensations leave we want to set them free! She want’s to flow free. She wants to revitalize your body and transform your world. Instead of trying to suppress them we want to open the channels to express them.
In a CM Journey, together, we find those contracted energy pockets (or CEP) and release them allowing the energy to flow freely. Then, because the constriction to the flow is gone, the “anxiety” is gone.
